Navan is the county town of County Meath, Republic of Ireland. In 2016, it had a population of 30,173, making it the fifth largest town in Ireland. Navan is at the confluence of the River Boyne and Blackwater, around 50 km north west of Dublin.
Scamwatch is warning Australians to be wary of an online scam pretending to be from the Australian Boarder Force. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said a recorded message claiming to be from the Australian Boarder Force (ABF) is being sent around.
Scamwatch posted a tweet today saying people had been receiving phone calls with automated messages that pretended to inform the listener of a problem.
